1991 - founding the firm as a private and fully independent company focused on IT goods delivery and services.

1996 - changing the company's headquarters due to its continual expansion and the rising number of employees.

1996 - becoming the only Czech member of the prestigious international DDA (Digital Dealers Association) organisation associating partners of Digital Equipment Corporation.

1996 - signing a contract and subsequent partnership with Digital Equipment as a Digital PC Associated Reseller.

1997 - signing a contract and subsequent partnership with Digital Equipment Europe as a Digital Industrial Expertise Partner - the only partner in the Czech Republic with this kind of a contract. Digital Equipment Company used to associate independent partners being in OEM Alpha systems assembling business.

1998 - founding a Nový Jičín - based branch office - basic condition for expanding to the industrial region of North Moravia.

1998 - signing a contract with Compaq Computer as a Compaq Solution Partner.

1999 - founding a Prague - based branch office - the rising volume of projects carried out for customers in Bohemia resulted in the logical expansion of the company's presence in the capital.

1999 - Molex authorised Installer - partnership in the area of structured cabling construction.

1999 - starting the partnership with the 3Com company as a netWorking partner.

2000 - starting the partnership with the software producers of Raxco and Vector Systems.

2002 - continual expansion and enlargement of the company's activities led to moving the headquarters to more spacious and representative offices.

2002 - signing a contract with HP, following its merger with Compaq.

2006 - signing a contract with IBM.

2007 - Oracle partnership.

2008 - signing a contract with VMware as a VIP Enterprise Partner.

2009 - upgrade of Cisco partnership to Cisco SMB Select Partner.
